Your journey with The Moonshot Collective begins with exclusive orientation sessions led by TMC co-founder Perry Gladstone in which you will discover, define and harness the key elements and drivers behind your best work in the world.

Following Orientation, you will be introduced to your personal mastermind group, which meets every other week. You will also experience your first Go-Team, a hand-picked panel of strategists to find clarity and direction for your immediate and long-term goals.

members also participate in and offer INSPIRING Optimization sessions to foster new skills, build bonds and gain access to invaluable resources and referrals. when you are ready, co-founder Ravi Rajcoomar will help you create your Moment of glory, a grand achievement to make your mark and bring home the trophy.

Your TMC Mastermind will be like no other. Curated by founders Perry Gladstone and Ravi Rajcoomar, each group is hand-picked from across the TMC network and designed to maximize engagement and impact. Your group will meet 3 to 4 times per month. Nowhere else will you find this level of commitment and support to solving each other’s challenges and fueling each other’s development.

tmc GO-Teams: HIGH-LEVEL STRATEGY

TMC Go-Teams are one-off, high-level strategy sessions designed to tackle any challenge or opportunity that comes your way. Hand-picked from across the TMC network, your initial Go-Team is designed to help you determine personal and professional goals. After that, you can request one per quarter on any theme you want including client work, and enjoy participating in other Member’s Go-Teams as often as you like. Have a client that needs a Go-Team? Choose your ringers from across the TMC network and make it happen!
